A $100 deposit is required to confirm your trip.

Trips are not confirmed until deposit is paid.

Remaining balance due day of trip.

Cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours in advance will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. Exceptional circumstances may be considered. 

We reserve the right to delay, shorten, relocate or cancel a trip due to weather.

If a weather or safety cancellation occurs, the charter will offer a reschedule date, credit or full refund if a reschedule date cannot be agreed on.
